Disclaimer, copyright and trademarks
This page explains what Emileyt IPTV Player is and is not, and our approach to content and copyright.
What the app is
Emileyt IPTV Player is a media player. It plays M3U/M3U8 lists and Xtream Codes accounts that the user gets from their own provider or has on their own device. The app does not provide, host, sell, distribute or endorse channels, movies, series, subscriptions or ready-made lists.
Content and responsibility
- The content played comes from lists added by the user. We do not provide or review it.
- The provider of the content and the person using the app are responsible for the lawfulness of the content.
- Use the app only for content you are entitled to access. It is not our purpose, and we do not endorse its use, for unauthorized access to copyrighted content.
- We do not recommend any provider, list or service.
Copyright notices
Because our app hosts no content, copyright complaints about a specific stream or list must be sent to the party providing that content. If you nevertheless believe an item on this site or on our store pages infringes your copyright, write to us:
Include the work you own, the address of the item you believe infringes, your contact details and a statement that your notice is accurate. We review notices and remove the item where appropriate.
